Informational only
Who Am I provides a personality assessment based on the HEXACO model for self-reflection and entertainment. It is not a medical, psychiatric, psychological, diagnostic, therapeutic, or clinical service. Nothing in your report should be used to make medical, legal, financial, hiring, or other high-stakes decisions. If you need clinical support, please consult a licensed professional.
Your account and data
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for the accuracy of the answers you provide. You may request deletion of your account and associated test data at any time by emailing the contact address in our Privacy Policy.
Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the service.
- Do not submit responses on behalf of anyone else without their consent.
- Do not use the service in ways that violate applicable laws.
Intellectual property
The HEXACO framework and item content are the intellectual property of their respective authors. The app, its interface, profile descriptions, and generated reports remain the property of the operator. You keep ownership of your own responses.
No warranty
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results will meet your expectations.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the service.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the operator's country of establishment. Specific jurisdiction details will be provided on request.
India users, DPDP Act 2023
For users in India, the operator acts as the data fiduciary for your test responses and account data as defined by the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. You provide consent for processing when you submit a test. You may withdraw consent, request access to, or request erasure of your personal data at any time via the contact address below. Grievances can be sent to the same address; we will respond within the statutory timeframe.
